Jonathan J. Tunstall

Dr. Jonathan J. Tunstall is an underground rapper, actor, and spoken-word artist from Los Angeles. He taught middle school social studies in Harlem for eight years before beginning his Ph.D. program at UW–Madison. He is passionate about tapping into the natural joy and curiosity of children that becomes the building blocks for learning. His goal is to use music, art, poetry, videogames, cartoons, and general fun to bring laughter and smiles to environments that foster deep learning and critical analysis.
