James Rowe

After 30 years in medical research and quality assurance for biomedical manufacturing, Jim Rowe opted for early retirement after his job was eliminated. Since 2015, he has focused his energies on theatrical pursuits, appearing in 18 staged productions with nine area theater companies, one feature film (“Grim Whimsey” by Hungry Lioness Productions–anticipated release fall 2021), and one music video (“Cherry Pie” by Doses)! Jim is a Standardized Patient for the University of Wisconsin and the Theater Director for Inspiring Hope Workshops, a music/movement/theater program for amazing adults with disabilities. Jim joined Whoopensocker in the fall of 2018 as a teaching/performing artist.
