Sandra Taylor-Marshall earned her MS in Education with an emphasis on Reading as well as her reading specialist license from Concordia University Wisconsin. A former classroom teacher, interventionist, instructional coach, and PK-5 literacy coordinator, Sandra is passionate about literacy and learning. She is currently an Outreach Specialist and the Coordinator of the Student-Centered Instructional Coaching Certificate Program in the Office of Professional Learning and Community Education (PLACE) at University of Wisconsin-Madison. A 2015 Greater Madison Writing Project Fellow, Sandra believes in facilitating professional learning opportunities where educators feel empowered and supported to take risks and move students forward as learners.
