Erin McConnell is an actor, music director, composer, and arts educator. In addition to practicing as theater artist for over a decade, she has taught acting, piano, and vocal performance; worked in independent film; worked as a photojournalist; and served as a professional writer and photographer. McConnell has a background in collaborating with nonprofits and holds a degree in cultural studies. She believes deeply in an integrative, emotional, play-based approach to instruction: our body is our instrument! She loves teaching the next generation of youth rock performers at Girls Rock Camp Madison and expanding students’ creative expression and confidence through Whoopensocker!
